I Think I Shall Never See A Tree...

Today is Earth day. no, really. You can look it up. Oh, how the time flies... I remember last Earth Day when we all got together and keyed SUV's in a fit of eco-terrorism. Wait, that didn't actually happen.

Baylor Law is doing their part to reduce, recycle, and reuse by leaving out the food from yesterday. Do your part by attempting to eat a day old bagel which has been left out. We do what we can to make this a happier, healthier earth. So when you're trying to eat that stale donut, thank the SBA for caring so much about the environment. We also plan on running out of paper products this week to keep up the conservation theme. You're welcome.

SBA loves the environment. But anyone who is at the school and is bothered by the day old food can certainly throw it away themselves.

By the way, because I heard some complaints about this as well (and I never grow tired of hearing SBA complaints) the food schedule for the rest of the week is:

Breakfast:
Everyday

Lunch:
Monday - sandwiches
Tuesday - Chic Fil A
Wednesday - pizza
Thursday - sanwiches
Friday - Chic Fil A

In honor of earthday, I bought a new Chevy Suburban.

For an extra $2500, I got the super-carbon package.

RE: SBA

Is there a way we could get more of those "delicious" cafeteria-style sandwiches? There are only one or two trays left over each time those are served.

Also, could we get less of the Chick-fil-a everyone stands in line forever for? Last quarter I almost got a whole nugget!

Free food is the only reason I actually go to school during finals week.

Gruntled S,

SBA orders food for finals based on the number of students taking finals each day.

If you are unhappy about finals food, I suggest you run for SBA and then you can make whatever changes you want.

I really don't want to get into this discussion, but...

If the food is ordered for students actually taking finals, why then is it gone by the time they get out of their finals?

Just a thought...
