So, I'm in my old bedroom talking on the phone with a friend, when my mom barges in and says, and I quote:
"Sorry to interrupt. But do you want me to make you brownies or chocolate chip cookies?"*
I really don't think I want to go back to Waco. Instead of going through PC, I could just stay in my old room and have my mom make baked goods.
I went with the chocolate chip cookies. I think it was the right call.

Oh, yes, I meant to ask you that. Powell and Wren and I were also wondering if you wanted cookies or brownies.
Cookies were the right choice only if you ate some of the dough too.
Do you think she'd make *me* some brownies, then?
Am I the only one that thinks Osler's comment seems rather ominous?
I went with the cookies because tommorrow is my birthday and she was making cake for this weekend.
But, yeah, I ate some of the dough. Salmonella rocks!
Don't overlook the power of brownie batter. It's also salmolicious.
My mom made me cookies AND brownies on my birthday.
I am not healthy...
This most recent birthday will undoubtedly force the incoming 1Q's to refer to you as, "That Old Guy." So congrats and happy birthday.
